FRANCOIS PAYARD GIVES SNEAK PEAK OF VEGAS UNCORK’D AT CAESARS PALACE

LAS VEGAS - Celebrated French Pastry Chef Francois Payard, creator and namesake of the highly acclaimed Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace, gave media a taste of what’s to come at this year’s upcoming Vegas Uncork’d presented by Bon Appétit. Later that evening, he was honored with the Dom Pérginon Award of Excellence at the 36th Annual UNLVino® Bubble-Licious event. Attendees at the special preview not only enjoyed a sampling of several of the ulinary confections planned for the upcoming Vegas Uncork’d event but also toured the spectacular new Garden of the Gods pool oasis at Caesars Palace, home to this year’s crown jewel event - The Grand Tasting.

New this year, the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace has grown will host the event at five pools in comparisons to last years . For the culinary extravaganza, the impressive area will be full of more restaurants and vintners than any other year. Currently, The Grand Tasting will boast more than 50 top-tier restaurants and 30 wineries – more than even before.

Garden of the Gods, the iconic swimming and lounging oasis, has been completely redesigned; creating a destination within a destination and featuring eight distinctive swimming pools with lavish amenities and the city’s most attentive cabana servers.  The new Fortuna pool features an 18-foot waterfall where guests can challenge Lady Luck at the swim-up blackjack tables.
