Back for a second year, the Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament provides an unforgettable opportunity to woo lady luck alongside icons of the culinary world in Encore’s provocative poolside setting. Join celebrity chefs such as Bobby Flay, Charlie Palmer, Joël Robuchon, Alex Stratta, Paul Bartolotta, Kim Canteenwalla and Carlos Guía. Prefer to observe rather than play? Then come as a spectator and root for your favorite chef while enjoying cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a bird’s-eye-view. Doors open at 10:30pm.

All Vegas Uncork’d ticket holders for Celebrity Chef Blackjack Tournament will receive complementary access to XS Nightclub at Encore. Must be 21 or older to enter and dress code is strictly enforced. No hats, oversized jeans, baggy clothing, or athletic wear will be allowed.
