The Vegas Uncork’d Ticket Office is located in the Juno Room at Caesars Palace, across from the Seven Star registration desk.

Hours of operation:
Wednesday, 5/8–Saturday, 5/11: 10 a.m.–8 p.m.
Sunday, 5/12 10 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Will-call orders may be picked up at your event’s location one hour before the start of the event or at the Vegas Uncork’d Ticket Office up to two hours before the start of your event.

All international orders will be held at will call.

*Note: At at 3 p.m on Friday, May 10 the Grand Tasting Will Call will move from the Juno Room to the outside of Payard Pâtisserie.
